Job Summary

A luxury travel concierge services provider is in need of a Remote Travel Concierge Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Create a personalized travel experience in a professional and efficient manner
  • Fulfill a variety of inbound travel & lifestyle requests via phone, email and/or chat
  • Book experiences in entertainment, events, dining, personal shopping, and other requests

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3 years of travel (personal or professional) and/or travel booking experience
  • Passion for geography, global travel and culture
  • Passion for excursions, events, dining
  • Confidence and history of maintaining solid and professional client/partner relationships
  • Proven ability to independently fulfill high profile & fast paced inbound requests
