Job Summary
A luxury travel concierge services provider has an open position for a Remote Travel Concierge Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Directly support a top financial institution based in the United States
- Create a personalized travel experience in a professional and efficient manner
- Fulfill a variety of inbound travel & lifestyle requests via phone, email and/or chat
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must have a private at-home office space (free of noises/distractions)
- Must have office equipped with a desk, ergonomically sound office chair, cross-cut shredder and an entry/exit with a lockable door
- Must have a smart device to be used for two-factor authentication for login security
- Must procure, set up and maintain high speed internet access and a separate basic phone line to be used for work purposes only
