Job Summary

As a full-time Remote Travel Consultant, the successful candidate will manage client travel requests, provide consultation on travel policies, and ensure compliance with necessary regulations while working from home in the United States or Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Search and confirm travel reservations for clients, ensuring adherence to travel policies
• Provide clients with industry information, including fares, exchange costs, and necessary regulations
• Review operational processes and suggest improvements to enhance client relationships

Required qualifications

• Experience as a travel agent with a solid understanding of the travel industry
• Proficiency in GDS Sabre
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge of travel policies, procedures, and regulations
