Job Summary
Assisting guests with booking Epic vacations, the full-time Remote Travel Consultant will manage inbound calls to sell vacation packages while providing accurate information and personalized recommendations in a seasonal role.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist guests with booking vacation packages, including lodging accommodations and mountain products
- Provide clear and timely information regarding resort offerings, pricing, availability, and policies
- Document all guest interactions accurately within internal systems
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of Sales and Service experience
- Demonstrated ability to work within multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English
- Vacation planning experience is a plus
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
