Job Summary
A travel company has an open position for a Remote Travel Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Book Group Air/HCP reservations for air travel, hotel and car service and at times car rentals
- Process travel deviations to ensure travelers are compliant to Johnson and Johnson travel policy
- Ensure the end-to-end service delivery and accuracy of travel documentations
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel Consultant experience in the corporate travel management industry
- Advanced skills on travel industry systems, including Sabre GDS
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills
