Job Summary

A mountain resort travel company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Travel Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Booking customized vacation experiences, including lodging and activities for customers who contact you
• Working 40 hours per week
• Handling customer questions both on the phone and/or through the online chat service

Qualifications Include:

• Being able to demonstrate these Core Values: Serve Others, Do Right, Drive Value, Do Good, Be Safe and Have Fun
• Having a passion for skiing/snowboarding
• Having at least 6 months of sales experience
• Having a high school diploma or equivalent degree
• Having computer proficiency, including ability to easily and efficiently navigate and toggle between multiple screens, talk and type simultaneously
• Having basic computer issue troubleshooting ability
