Job Summary

A travel company is filling a position for a Remote Travel Customer Implementation Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistently excellent experience to customers, both internal and external on each project
  • Confident in communicating both internally with colleagues and externally with clients
  • Work to agreed / target timelines and ensure projects continue to progress

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum 2 years’ Implementation Manager or similar role
  • A comprehensive understanding of implementation processes
  • Online Booking Tool knowledge
  • Proven success in previous roles
