Job Summary
A travel company is filling a position for a Remote Travel Customer Implementation Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Deliver consistently excellent experience to customers, both internal and external on each project
- Confident in communicating both internally with colleagues and externally with clients
- Work to agreed / target timelines and ensure projects continue to progress
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 2 years’ Implementation Manager or similar role
- A comprehensive understanding of implementation processes
- Online Booking Tool knowledge
- Proven success in previous roles
