Remote Travel Experience Agent III
Job Summary
A travel planning company is filling a position for a Remote Travel Experience Agent III.
Must be able to:
- Create and complete travel arrangements (car, hotel, air, rail) for complex accounts
- Be an expert at selling products that are of commercial value to the company
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations per the travel experience
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School diploma
- 5+ years of experience working in a customer service environment
- 3+ year as a travel counselor
- Good travel industry knowledge
- Has specialist skillset and/or subject matter expertise
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
