Job Summary
A global travel planning company has an open position for a Remote Travel Experience Counselor II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating and completing travel arrangements per air, car, hotel and rail
- Ensuring reservations are built according to client standards and preferences
- Making changes or solve any issues that might occur during or before the travel
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Two or more years’ experience working as a Travel Consultant OR
- Five years in other customer service industry
- Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre or Amadeus)
- A genuine passion for high-quality customer service
- Strong teamworking skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
