Remote Travel Experience Counselor II

Job Summary

A global travel planning company has an open position for a Remote Travel Experience Counselor II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Creating and completing travel arrangements per air, car, hotel and rail
• Ensuring reservations are built according to client standards and preferences
• Making changes or solve any issues that might occur during or before the travel

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Two or more years’ experience working as a Travel Consultant OR
• Five years in other customer service industry
• Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre or Amadeus)
• A genuine passion for high-quality customer service
• Strong teamworking skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
