Job Summary
A travel service provider has a current position open for a Remote Travel Experience Counselor II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create travel arrangements (car, hotel, air, rail) for complex accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations
Required Skills:
- High School diploma
- 5+ years of experience working in a customer service environment that includes 3+ year as a travel counselor
- Good travel industry knowledge
- Skilled in GDS and other booking tools
