Job Summary

A global travel planning company is seeking a Remote Travel Experience Counselor III.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring flights for any travel disruptions
  • Creating and accurately completing complex travel requests
  • Responding to requests (phone, email, chat) promptly, completely, and professionally

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience working in a customer service environment
  • 5+ years as a travel counselor
  • Excellent working knowledge of the travel industry
  • Ability to build strong relationships based on trust and repeated top-notch booking experiences
  • Highly skilled in Sabre GDS
  • Has specialist skillset and experience as a travel counselor in the areas of VIP, Concierge, or similar
