Job Summary
A travel company is seeking a Remote Travel Experience Counselor III.
Must be able to:
- Create and complete travel arrangements for complex accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations
- Coordinate and review the day-to-day work of others, but does not have formal supervisory responsibilities
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School diploma
- 5+ years of experience working in a customer service environment that includes 3+ year as a travel counselor
- Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good travel industry knowledge
- Skilled in GDS and other booking tools
