Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Travel Hospitality Technology Platform Development Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Collaborating to develop growth acquisition plans
  • Developing a network of local real estate partners
  • Creating robust supply pipeline of opportunities

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 4-6 years experience of hotel development or multifamily AND
  • Commercial real estate, business development, or sales
  • Proven sales experience
  • Ability to become fluent in local public policy and hotel rental regulations
  • Ability to coordinate on market health, opportunities, and underwriting
