Job Summary

A global travel management company is seeking a Remote Travel Management Vacation Air Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Negotiate directly with airline carriers to determine the best group rate, routing and contractual terms are secured
• Monitor GDS schedule changes and promptly notify clients of alternate solutions within established meeting parameters
• Pursue opportunities to enhance the FIT or group traveler experience

Position Requirements Include:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to get along with a wide variety of personalities
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn and familiarize yourself with travel industry process and terminology
