A marketing and advertising firm is seeking a Remote Travel Marketing Corporate Development Senior Director or Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Create strong personal networks with investment banking and sourcing contacts
- Meet with potential acquisition targets and create relationships
- Develop valuation models
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years experience in venture capital, consulting, investment banking, strategy or corporate development roles
- Deal negotiation experience
- Demonstrated experience influencing and communicating effectively across all levels
- Demonstrated understanding of technology
- Fluency in performing rigorous financial, valuation and other quantitative analyses
