Job Summary

A travel services company is seeking a Remote Travel Operations Agent Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for all aspects of operational support
  • Investigate and resolve operational challenges
  • Provide technical and navigational support to the frontline staff

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Minimum of 10 years on processing domestic/international exchanges
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Computer skills with advanced knowledge of keyboard shortcuts, internet navigation, and travel related software
  • Minimum of 15 years of Sabre experience managing international and domestic air, rental car, hotel, and car service reservations
