A global travel planning company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Travel Operations Support Specialist II.

Must be able to:

  • Calculate full and partial refunds according to airline tariff rules
  • Ensure proper documentation within PNRs and refund tools
  • Provide Domestic and International refund calculation

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of airline fare rules
  • 1+ years’ experience processing refunds
  • Basic MSOffice skills (Excel and Outlook)
