Job Summary
A credit card company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Travel Partner Support Leader.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring oversight of knowledge content
- Providing ownership of critical escalations to key stakeholders
- Sponsoring new functionality
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3-5 years of hotel program knowledge, hotel content management and/or GBT PRDS experience
- Experience in leading and influencing change relationship building
- Knowledge of Travel Management Company tools and systems
- Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic and demanding high volume environment
- Experienced in meeting and achieving performance metrics and service targets
