Job Summary
A vacation travel company is filling a position for a Remote Travel Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Booking car rentals, airfare, hotel reservations, cruises, things to see and experience in the area
- Making recommendations based on our owner's interests
- Taking inbound calls from existing owners who are excited and ready to plan their dream vacations
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to report physically to one of our resort locations for new hire paperwork on day one
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Six months of customer service and sales experience
- Ability to build rapport with a customer quickly, ask probing questions, and offer additional services
- Able to show intermediate level proficiency with travel software programs and systems
- Must be a strong multitasker and be able to work well under pressure
