Job Summary
A hospitality company is seeking a Remote Travel Reservations Guest Service Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to travel guests in a friendly, timely and attentive manner
- Talk, type, and search multiple screens without impact to the guest
- Meet specific sales goals and metrics on an ongoing basis
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to successfully perform in a sales role
- A high degree of customer service orientation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task (talk, type, search multiple screens) without impact to the guest
- Able to attend training in the beginning of December
- Live within 80 miles of contact center in Omaha, Nebraska or Marion, Illinois
