Job Summary

Passionate about travel and customer service, the full-time Remote Travel Sales Associate will assist customers in planning travel experiences by booking air, hotel, car rental, and rail reservations through phone, email, and web chat while driving sales and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist members and customers with travel reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and web chat
• Book domestic air, hotel, rail, and car rental reservations while promoting preferred travel partners and AAA products
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer travel experiences

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of travel sales and/or retail sales experience
• Experience with hotel, airline, car rental, or rail reservations preferred
