Remote Travel Sales Associate

Job Summary

Passionate about travel, the full-time Remote Travel Sales Associate will assist customers in planning and booking travel arrangements, including air, hotel, car rental, and rail reservations, while providing exceptional customer service from home.

Key responsibilities

• Assist members and customers via phone, email, and web chat with travel reservations and inquiries
• Book domestic air, hotel, rail, and car rental reservations while promoting preferred travel partners
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell travel products and services

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of travel sales and/or retail sales experience
• Experience with hotel, airline, car rental, or rail reservations preferred
