Job Summary
An international hospitality company has a current position open for a Remote Travel Sales Governance Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify and lead resolution discrepancies in systems
- Provide email/case/phone support to customers
- Develop and improve processes for all support, administrative, and auditing processes
Position Requirements Include:
- 3 years of travel industry or systems/product/project support experience
- 1 year of strong use of computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
- 1 year of Salesforce experience
- 3 years of advanced use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook applications
