Job Summary
A travel agency group has a current position open for a Remote Travel Sales Support Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting with answering inbound customer phone calls
- Checking and distributing voicemails to the consultants of the network
- Vetting of Customer 1 leads prior to distributing the lead to a consultant
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience working within Red Lands, Sabre, Red Dox, Leisure OMNIS and Customer 1
- Travel experience in leisure retail sales
- Experience in building, maintaining, and managing client relationships
- Excellent computer and typing skills
