A software app development company is in need of a Remote Travel Software App Customer Success Representative in Austin.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Delivering the best customer service across multiple platforms; email and phone
• Being the face and heart of our Company; the reason our customers continue to share the company with their family and friends
• Reaching out to riders and drivers to verify account information

Required Skills:

• Work experience in customer-centric industries
• A solid writing background; experience blogging and/or editing (grammar buffs wanted)
