Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Travel & Tourism Member Support will assist clients with inquiries and troubleshooting while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with team members to enhance service quality.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels in the Travel & Tourism industry
  • Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and collaborate to improve service processes
Required qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Travel & Tourism preferred
  • Experience in inbound/outbound customer service roles
  • Strong technological computer skills
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace for remote work
  • Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is a plus
