Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time Travel & Tourism Member Support will assist clients with inquiries and troubleshooting while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with team members to enhance service quality.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels in the Travel & Tourism industry
- Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and collaborate to improve service processes
Required qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Travel & Tourism preferred
- Experience in inbound/outbound customer service roles
- Strong technological computer skills
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace for remote work
- Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is a plus
