Job Summary

A global travel planning company is in need of a Remote Traveler Experience Manager in Seattle.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the contact center
  • Monitoring operating expenses and revenue generation
  • Mentoring, leading and developing all levels of employees

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 5-7 years travel industry experience in similar position or in customer service
  • Understanding of international travel as well as requirements
  • Ability to effectively and proactively manage KPI’s and targets
  • Ability to promote a sales-driven culture
