Job Summary
A global travel planning company is in need of a Remote Traveler Experience Manager in Seattle.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the contact center
- Monitoring operating expenses and revenue generation
- Mentoring, leading and developing all levels of employees
Position Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years travel industry experience in similar position or in customer service
- Understanding of international travel as well as requirements
- Ability to effectively and proactively manage KPI’s and targets
- Ability to promote a sales-driven culture
