A digital travel management company has an open position for a Remote Traveler Experience Real Time Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring real time and historical contact center data
- Leading site huddle meetings to ensure staff is proactively prepared for the expected events of the day
- Developing recommendations on ways to systemically improve results based on data
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years working in a call center environment
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred
