Job Summary

A travel services company has an open position for a Remote Traveller Experiences Senior User Researcher.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Solve core product problems while owning all aspects of User Research
• Help shape the overall roadmap and identify discovery opportunities
• Do Research and Discovery and contribute to our continuous learnings pipeline

Qualifications Include:

• Experience doing research for digital products and systems, not just websites
• Capable of independently running end-to-end research projects
• Experience setting up research operations that helped product teams scale their product design efforts
• Understanding of behavioural and attitudinal data, quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
• Clear communication skills
