Job Summary
A real estate company is filling a position for a Remote Treasury and FinOps Capital Markets Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage, execute, and oversee the treasury, operations, and reporting for warehouse
- Help drive the integration of new capital providers into the platform
- Operate with a full "system-level" view
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience within a treasury, capital markets, trading or structuring role
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to take an ambiguous problem, parse it apart, and put together a thoughtful recommendation
- A hustle mentality, and willingness to dig deep into problems to solve them
- Ability to develop and iterate operational processes
- Ability to communicate complex problems, processes or data to peers as well as senior leaders
