Job Summary

Leading a remote team of customer service representatives, the full-time Temporary Customer Service Supervisor in Treasury Services will oversee operations, ensure compliance with industry standards, and enhance service delivery in a 24/7 environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Treasury Services customer service representatives to improve performance and development
  • Monitor inbound call operations, ensuring adherence to departmental policies and maintaining high customer service standards
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities and service delivery
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial institution's customer service department, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in Treasury Services
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, particularly in transfer-related services
  • Proficient in call center technologies and software; experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
