Job Summary

The Treasury Specialist's top priority is to reconcile the bank to Intacct daily. All cash should
be posted and recognized to the subledger before the close of the business day. This
position has responsibility over all bank accounts, excluding Trust Accounting accounts,
which includes identifying and correcting posting errors to ensure accurate statement of
cash. Tangential cash management duties are required per below.


Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of routine daily tasks related to bank reconciliations of all daily
banking transactions, including the facilitation of recognizing credits, debits, wires,
payroll, stock issuances, and tax payments.
Become an expert in eXp's chart of accounts, departments, and project codes to
direct Cash Applications team to enter Other Receipts.
Research, notify, and confirm completion of reversed and returned ACH and check
items.
Identify and resolve errors to cash posting to ensure accurate statement of cash.
Interact with personnel from various banking institutions and internal departments to
resolve issues regarding transaction settlements.
Upload Positive Pay file to Wells Fargo on behalf of Accounts Payable.
Daily research and resolution of Fraud Manager in Wells Fargo CEO to ensure
expected direct debits are released in time.
Respond to requests via eXp Realty's ticketing system, telephone, chat or email for
various banking inquiries.
Create weekly cash balance reports.
Assist Treasury Operations team with other banking processes as needed.
Work on special assigned Treasury Operations projects.
Other duties as assigned by Management.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
3-5 years Treasury experience
Must be able to complete work in an organized, proactive and independent manner
to meet all required time frames and commitments
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel application
Extremely detail oriented with a passion for doing tasks right the first time
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks, working efficiently with minimal
supervision

Education:
Associates Degree or higher in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent
experience.
