Job Summary
A computer software company specializing in call center solutions is seeking a Remote Treasury Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Plan and manage the company’s capital structure to enable business growth and appropriate liquidity
- Evaluate, structure, and execute capital markets transactions
- Manage long- and short-term debt and monitor the markets for opportunities to minimize interest rate risk
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate a diverse and globally distributed team
- Set continually higher goals for both yourself and the team that are ambitious but realistic
- Focus on partnering with the rest of finance as well as the business
- 15+ years of relevant treasury and capital markets experience
- Broad finance and business skills and will bring a vision for a best-in-class treasury function
- BA/BS in Finance or related field
