Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Triage Nurse.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Asking appropriate questions to assess pain and symptom management calls
- Documenting calls in the EMR or in the Web portal paper charting system
- Answering calls of the hospice/ home health clients assigned to team
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be a registered nurse with hospice experience
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service to our hospice clients
- Must maintain licensure in the states where he/she is taking calls
- Must follow the procedures and protocols that have been set for the specific hospice/home health client
- Must have excellent assessment skills and communication skills
