Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Triage Nurse.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Interview patient and/or family in person or over the telephone
- Document assessments, advice given, and plan of care in patient chart
- Coordinate care with providers for patients needing to be seen for acute concerns
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Some travel may be required
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan
- Working knowledge of triage processes
- BLS/CPR within 6 months of hire or transfer
- One - two years of experience in a physician office setting preferred
