Remote Triage Nurse in Brentwood

Job Summary

A provider of telephone triage services is filling a position for a Remote Triage Nurse in Brentwood.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Answer calls of the hospice/ home health clients assigned to their team
• Use their assessment skills in asking appropriate questions to assess pain and symptom management calls
• Document calls in the EMR or in the Web portal paper charting system

Required Skills:

• Required to apply for and maintain licensure in the states where they are taking calls
• Required to maintain CEU’s as designated by the states where licensed
• Prefer experience with hospice and home care clients
• Prefer experience with managing a team of clients and using assessment skills to assist with any resolution of calls
