Remote Triage Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Nurse (RN-BSN) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage symptoms and assess callers using evidence-based protocols
• Deliver immediate care advice and recommend next steps for patients
• Document interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) and collaborate with the team

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent hands-on acute care RN experience, preferably in ER or Med-Surg
• Current Compact RN License in good standing from the state of residence
• BSN degree from an accredited American university
• Experience with phone-based care and multi-screen computer systems
• Ability to pass a Public Trust Background Check and Drug Screening
