Job Summary
A healthcare data science company has a current position open for a Remote Triage Operations Call Center Registered Nurse.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide a variety of nursing education over the phone
- Direct members to the most appropriate level of care
- Triage and assess an assortment of symptoms
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least three to five years of clinical experience in Nursing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills utilizing and navigating multiple applications at one time
- Current unrestricted registered nurse license in the state associate resides
- Must be able to obtain a RN license in the State of California
- Ability to use critical thinking skills and respond quickly and professionally under stressful, emergent situations
