A consumer health tech company has a current position open for a Remote Triage Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing medical records to determine key clinical features
- Supporting the Clinical Operations team in prioritizing patient record processing
- Triaging new patients who sign up for platform with neurological disorders
Qualifications for this position include:
- Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant in good standing
- Minimum of 3+ years neurology-specific experience
- Experienced and familiar with chart review
- Detail-oriented and attentive, a self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive and able to work independently on projects and execute at a high quality
- Experience establishing new processes from the ground up and executing against organizational goals
