Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Triage Patient Advocate I.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Processing and releasing a high level of cases per day
  • Analyzing all documents received with a sample
  • Supporting Patient Advocate teams with up to date information

Qualifications Include:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer service or office environment
  • Accurate typing skills of at least 35 words per minute
  • Understanding and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to manage several tasks simultaneously, often under pressure
  • Ability to analyze from a small detail and a case completeness perspective
  • Ability to provide strong, recent professional references
