Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Triage Patient Advocate I in Salt Lake City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Processing and releasing a high level of cases per day
- Supporting Patient Advocate teams with up to date information
- Analyzing all documents received with a sample
Position Requirements Include:
- 1-2 years’ experience in customer service or office environment
- Comprehensive understanding and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Accurate typing skills of at least 35 words per minute
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, often under pressure
- Ability to provide strong, recent professional references
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
