Remote Triage Registered Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Triage Registered Nurse for their 24/7 Occupational Health triage call center.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming telephone calls in a call center environment
• Document calls accurately and efficiently while adhering to productivity metrics
• Conduct assessments of symptoms using proprietary triage algorithms and ensure HIPAA compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification
• Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls
• Strong technological skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Availability to work major U.S. holidays and every other weekend
• Private space at home for patient privacy and access to high-speed internet
