Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Remote Trial Staff Attorney.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling moderately complex litigation
- Providing legal advice to assist the timely disposition of claims
- Assisting Supervisory attorneys on advising and counseling other departments
Position Requirements Include:
- This position requires travel up to 50% of the time
- Admission to the State Bar in WA
- Juris Doctor
- Valid driver's license required plus an acceptable driving record
- Demonstrated litigation experience
- Demonstrated experience preparing civil pleadings, motions and discovery and deposing witnesses
