Job Summary
A digital freight movement company is in need of a Remote Trucking Carrier Experience Product Design Lead.
Must be able to:
- Take a leading role with cross-functional leaders in product, engineering, and data on the overall strategy for the carrier experience
- Lead, mentor, and inspire members of your product design team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Demonstrated experience leading UX and Product Design as an individual contributor and team leader
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with a cross-functional team to drive large product and experience initiatives
- Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies with an ability to facilitate sessions, connect with customers
