Remote Trucking Industry Client Success Associate

Job Summary

A commercial truck driver network company is seeking a Remote Trucking Industry Client Success Associate.

Must be able to:

• Serve as back-up to your assigned CSM(s)
• Onboard new clients with speed and accuracy
• Manage day-to-day client updates ranging from landing page customizations to job details and backend settings

Qualifications Include:

• Experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRM software
• Working knowledge of GSuite products
• Experience providing best-in-class support to clients, preferably in recruitment or Trucking
• Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with prospects and colleagues
