A software development firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Trust Advisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting thorough industry research
• Answering product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly
• Building support documentation and guides

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Customer Service or Account Management role
• Understand data privacy laws and compliance
• Experience managing customer implementation and onboarding and building documentation
• Track record of giving customers a great experience
• Entrepreneurial spirit / Self-starter with time management, planning, and organization skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
