Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Trust and Safety Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying all sources for potential T&S issues and establish mechanisms for reporting and tracking issues
- Mediating intellectual property disputes, fraud concerns, and DMCA requests
- Conducting research around complaints and related feedback
Qualifications for this position include:
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, and can build trust quickly
- 5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, with experience developing policies
- Must be data-driven and eager to maximize impact through analyzing insights
- Must be a great collaborator and can work effectively with many internal stakeholders
- Must be a dedicated problem solver with an extensive background in people management
- Must be deeply empathetic, and have the utmost respect for different points of view
