Job Summary
A social media company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Trust and Safety Lead Community Support Representative in Denver.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying areas in our policies that need more clarity
- Resolving policy violations between athletes
- De-escalating high touch and/or sensitive safety situations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong critical and contextual thinking skills
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality while performing investigations
- Experience working with legal teams
- Background in advocacy, crisis response, dispute mitigation or emergency response management
- Experience with analytics tools
