Job Summary

An internet support company has a current position open for a Remote Trust and Safety Platform Operations Investigator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Investigating account compromises and take-overs through to resolution
  • Handling abuse complaints regarding DMCA, Trademark, Phishing, CSAM
  • Helping administer efficient and compliant handling of legal requests

Qualifications Include:

  • 1- 3 years of anti-abuse or support escalations experience at an ISP or hosting provider
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of DNS and how the Internet works
  • Working knowledge of financial fraud
