Job Summary

An online marketplace provider has a current position open for a Remote Trust and Safety Specialist in Portland.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Mastering knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Documenting findings in narrative style format and prepare reports to management
• Identifying market trends and product vulnerabilities

Required Skills:

• 1- 2 years of experience within Risk, Fraud Prevention, Disputes and/or Trust and Safety
• 1-2 years of experience within Customer Service
• Must be available to work at least 5 days work per week (40+ hours) which may include weekend days and public holidays. Shifts may include evening or early morning hours
